REFUND POLICY

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Once the order is placed and is in process it cannot be cancelled so please make sure you are completely certain with your purchase.

Once the order is placed it will not be cancelled or edited if a discount code was not entered before checking out.

If there is any issue concerning with damaged or defective products the request must be submitted within 48 hours (2 Days) of your order marked as delivered by the postal service via tracking information. Requests should be sent ONLY via email at info@touchofglambeauty.com so the complaint can be received  by us within the timeline provided. We reserve the right to request for any detailed pictures and/or videos to assess the nature of the request. 

If your item was damaged during transit, please email us at info@touchofglambeauty.com within 48 hours (2 Days) of your package delivery date shown by the postal service tracking page along with a picture/video of the damaged item. It is up to the sole discretion of TouchofGlamBeauty to determine if a replacement item is fitting or justified depending on the nature of the damage. We do not offer refunds for items that were damaged during transit so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE SHIPPING INSURANCE TO YOUR ORDER.

Every case is handled differently and if in case we accept a return for any reason item must be unopened, undamaged, unused products you ordered and there will be a restocking fee of 6%. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for returned products. Any return shipping fees paid by the customer will not be reimbursed. Please send us an email at info@touchofglambeauty.com if you have any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery date. Once the items are returned back to us we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used anytime. We will offer store credit to the same account the order was purchased under.

These are mentioned timelines for sending in the claims and must be followed diligently and accurately in order for a claim to be processed successfully. Please  agree to the following timelines for the completion of your claim

• Claims for presumed lost packages by the shipping carrier, when the status says “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date (domestic shipments) and no sooner than 20 days (international shipments) but no later than 30 days from the shipment's original scheduled delivery date.

• Claims for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer must be filed within 15 days from the postal carrier's delivery date and time. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of a police report of theft or security footage showing evidence of theft.
