SHIPPING INSURANCE:
For your peace of mind please consider adding insurance through Navidium at checkout for protection against your delivery being lost in transit, damaged or stolen. Without shipping insurance we are unable to refund to the customer if any issue may arise.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
While placing your order please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct and shipping address matches the billing address.If your shipping address is incorrect and your package is returned back then customer will be responsible for a separate shipping cost for reshipment (to purchase a new shipping label) Once a shipping label is scanned by the postal office, we are unable to edit the shipping address so a new label will be required.
PROCESSING TIMES:
For regular orders: Processing times are 14-18 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may increase up to 15-20 days during sales and new releases.
For preorders: This is where products need to made or received prior to being shipped and are not ready at the time of purchase, which results in a longer lead time. Preorders are usually specified by the date and a month they will be shipping in, which will be shown once the preordered product is being added to the cart by the "Shipping Start Date".
If any preorders are announced then they will start the shipment process on the specified "Shipping Start Date" and in the order they were received and will continue onwards from that "Shipping Start Date" till preorder completion. Pre ordered items cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or adjusted with the exception of change in shipping address ONLY.
Although the aim is to have stock that can be shipped out in a timely manner some present or future collections may be in a "Limited preorder format" (to prevent very long wait times) that way customers can place the order for the items that they really want and not miss out, due to us being such a small indie brand with limited stocks and to avoid any pressure. If there is any preorder launch it will be announced on the product page with the approximate shipping date. If there are any regular and pre ordered items in the same order it will ship together with the preorder timeline.
Please keep in mind that during any sales or new launches the processing times may take longer than above mentioned timeline due to high volume of orders as we are a very small indie brand.
If you choose priority shipping at checkout that does NOT include processing time. Once the package is scanned at the postal office and is in the system that is when the priority shipping timeline will start.
Touchofglambeauty is not under ANY circumstances responsible for untracked/stolen/lost/misplaced packages in transit by the postal service or any returned packages due to incorrect shipping address so please make sure your shipping address is correct and matches your billing address.We will not modify/adjust/cancel/refund orders once they are placed unless there is an urgent address change issue.
If you refuse your package for any reasons( duty/ import fees/ package release fee and your package is returned or discarded by the shipping courier, you will not receive a refund.
We cannot combine orders, add on to existing orders, change any current orders or add discount codes after the order was placed so please make sure everything looks good BEFORE placing your order.
If a replacement package was sent out due to 'damage or lost in transit, it may be subjected to customs and duties. Any potential duties or custom fees on international parcel are the recipient's responsibility and will not be covered by the seller or Navidium shipping protection company. For the replacement item if it is out of stock or limited edition you can swap it out for a different item of equal value.
Touchofglambeauty is not under ANY circumstances responsible for any other postal service issues which includes duties, customs fees, customs withholding your package. We do not reimburse any custom fee or package pickup charges imposed by your destination country so please know this before placing your order.
If you are in a situation where you have paid customs duties again to receive a replacement for a previously lost order, please contact your postal carrier who is handling your shipment.
Touchofglambeauty ships domestic and to select countries internationally.
If your package is marked as delivered, you are required to first contact your local postal office if they are holding the package as sometimes after scanning some packages tend to go back at the postal office if there is a delivery issue.
After that call the postal service to have them open an inquiry. If you also purchased Navidium Package Protection for your order, please contact us to let us know the situation so we can attain a resolution together.
NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION
Please provide the following information: first/last name on the order, order number, shipping address, and any additional information you find helpful.
Navidium's package protection policies.
- Damaged - arrived damaged
The issue must be filed with photos of damaged packaging and item inside, no later than 15 days from when order was marked delivered.
- Lost - stuck in transit
Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- Stolen - marked as delivered
The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION
If I purchase without Navidium Shipping Protection will you cover my order in case of loss, theft or damage?
- No, by opting out of shipping protection, Touchofglambeauty is exempt of liability in case of loss, theft or damage and is not responsible for reshipping your package or providing a refund.
I didn’t want Navidium Shipping Protection on my order. Can you refund me?
- Navidium Shipping Protection is final sale and cannot be refunded.
I think my order is lost; there hasn’t been an update in a few days. Can I submit a claim?
- We reserve the right to classify your package as being delayed and may wait additional 9-12 days for an update if there are known delays due to weather, holidays, etc that may be out of our control. Shipping, taxes and duties are non-refundable.

We may ask for additional information regarding your order to confirm the validity of your claim. We also reserve the right to deny a claim if found to be fraudulent.
INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
It is STRONGLY advised to purchase insurance on your order ESPECIALLY on large orders and/or international orders.
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit or ANY other postal service issues, touchofglambeauty CANNOT assist unless you have PURCHASED INSURANCE WITH THE ORDER. This will allow you to start and process a claim with the shipping individual and work toward a resolution successfully
The service that is used regularly is USPS for shipping all orders as it is the least expensive option for our customers. As with every delivery service right now, packages may be delayed longer than normal and deliveries may be slower due to lack of available transportation for shipments. In certain cases, we may ship your order through a different mail carrier if it is more beneficial.
Touchofglambeauty has been monitoring the news for any current or upcoming changes in shipping services or any other update regarding our business that may impact our customers and will adjust and update accordingly. If there is a change in terms of any disruptions to our business, our customers will be duly notified.
