All sales are final due to the handmade nature of the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Once the order is placed and is in process it cannot be cancelled so please make sure you are completely certain with your purchase.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE & VEGAN?
Yes all our products are cruelty free and vegan.
HOW LONG IS PROCESSING TIMES?
Regular orders (non preorder) 14-18 business days unless stated otherwise. During sales or new releases (non preorder) 15-20 business days unless stated otherwise. These exclude weekends and any holidays. This does not include any in transit shipping times. Shipping time starts once the package is in possession of shipping company.
WHERE ARE THE SHADOWS MANUFACTURED AND PRESSED?
As a small indie company each product is custom formulated, handmade, hand pressed and hand poured here in Southern California USA. As a hand pressed indie brand there may be differences in press pressures, depth, weight, pressing patterns or labelling style. Please know that we try our best to keep a uniform appearance all across our products but one may expect differences due to hand pressed nature of the product. We use 26mm round, 26mm square pans for shadows singles and in palettes, 37mm round pans for highlighters and blushes. Each 26mm is about 1.3g to 1.5g approximately (does not include pan weight).Different pigments have different particle size and are sold by weight not volume. We are always striving to better our formulations and may reformulate any product or discontinue it without notice. We use cosmetic grade ingredients.
WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT THAN WEBSITE PHOTOS?
Most of our product photography is done by professional camera under controlled soft box lighting with different light sources to show the shifts depending on the angle of capture. We may also use natural daylight for some of the swatches. We cannot be held accountable for different screen resolutions, screen settings, brightness or any device to device variations and do not offer any refunds due of these differences.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Once your order has been placed, Touchofglambeauty will send order confirmation to the email provided. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder as emails sometimes do end up there without notice.
CAN I ADD NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
No, unfortunately Navidium shipping protection cannot be added after the order is placed. If that happened mistakenly please email at info@touchofglambeauty.com WITHIN 48 HOURS (2 days) to request refund in order to repurchase your items with the shipping protection.
WILL YOU DO PREORDERS AND WHEN WILL THEY SHIP?
Yes preorders will be a part of Touchofglambeauty but in a 'Limited Format' to prevent very long wait times. For any preorder there will be a specific 'SHIP START DATE' in the description AND the product button will show as 'PREORDER'. The preorders will ship at the designated shipping start date in the order they are received. If you have regular and preordered items in same order they will ship together once the preorder shipping starts.
Once the preorders ship date starts that process of packing and postal office drop offs may take up to a week or more to finish to completion.
I PLACED MY ORDER BEFORE SALE?
Sometimes we do surprise flash sales. If you placed your order before the sale start date, the price difference will not be refunded.
PRICE INCREASES.
Depending on the type and nature of our ingredients we use to create any current or future products, the price may be subjected to change without notice.
WILL YOU SELL PRODUCTS IN BUNDLE FORMAT?
Previously sold bundled items may or may not be available during sale time due to stock limitations. We may be able to create few bundle deals a year.
CHOOSING & SENDING PR.
Currently we are not looking for PR. Touchofglambeauty will reach out to you to be selected. Being a very small indie brand with limited resources and limited spots, our PR journey is about the connections we make in the indie community. The PR list is carefully curated by keeping an eye on talent on a regular basis. We look for creators who are consistent with their content, are active on their socials, use our products frequently, tag us and actively take part on our social media page. While there is no pressure ever to post, if the PR sent out isn't getting much love by one creator we may open up that spot to the next new creator. We look for individuals that are passionate about beauty and are willing to show support to our brand and create fun content with our products.Thank you for showing your interest to be a part of Touchofglambeauty team!
